These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site and take effect on the date stated.
